The presentation will be provided by Geoff Winchester (brother of former Senator Jesse Winchester), the same individual who did the pre-game warm-up for us on Silver Seven Day. Geoff has a Masters degree in Performance Psychology, specializing in sports performance. He has previously done these types of mental performance presentations for an organization called Sports Mind. Geoff works with several NHL and other elite athletes.
Presentation will be at the CHDC classroom (145 Iber Road) from 6:25 to approximately 7:30pm on Tuesday, December 3
rd. Then we will head over to GRC for our 8:30 – 9:50pm practice. (If you wish to drop off your son for 6:25pm – we can arrange to shuttle him and his gear over to GRC if you wish to do other things until practice is over J.)
