- For all levels of OVSS from Major Peewee AA and up, on-ice officials are to be paid prior to game. It is up to the Team Manager or other designated team official to bring the game fee to the officials' room.

- Payment must be made in cash.  Payment must be provided in 3 envelopes in the correct denominations per official. Officiating payment chart is located above.

- OVSS provides an advance to all teams at the beginning of the season for their Home games.

- Playoffs may be expensed using the expense claim sheet located below via link.

- All OVSS exhibition games hosted are to be paid for by the team; here is the link to book referees.

- Playoffs - here is the expense claim sheet with instructions for submission for any home game playoff games.

- Referee Bookings: 
-- Major Peewee AA and up, the referees are scheduled by the AA/A League for regular league and playoffs
-- Minor Peewee AA and below, the referees are scheduled by the team designate (caoch or manager or other) for regular league and playoffs
